Aromatherapy Massage

• This type of treatment uses different essential oils in combination with Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. The essential oils are chosen by your therapist to stimulate the olfactory (smell) system to achieve a desired emotional state of the mind. When the client inhales the essential oils, a chemical message is sent to the brain to therapeutically real the body and mind. 

Deep Tissue Massage

• This type of massage is used to heal adhesion or knots in your user fibers and connective tissue. By applying and manipulating a specific muscle or connective tissue area with very strong pressure, the muscle and connective tissue is helped in its repair and restoration to a healthy state. By correcting the injured muscle and connective tissue, better posture and coordination is gained as well as overall agility.​​

Foot Reflexology

• This type of massage only pertains to the feet. In essence, foot reflexology is the practice of stimulating nerves in the foot that lead to relaxation and through this stress reduction that leads to better overall health. • Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly

Swedish Massage

• This is the type of massage that everyone thinks about when they envision a massage. This form of massage was introduced in 1821 in Stockholm and consists of long, firm, gliding strokes, kneading of the muscles, and vibration taps to release tension. All physical movements during the massage are applied in the direction of the heart to encourage blood circulation and disposal of bodily waste.

Shiatsu Massage​

• This treatment consists of applying varying pressure with the fingers. elbows. or palms to specific areas on the skin. When these specific areas are massaged, to tremendous feeling of relaxation results. Another fringe benefit of this treatment is increased circulation and lymphatic flow.​​
